Hi there, I'm Ken Kunkel! I'm the Broker of Record and one of the owner's of Park Realty. My goal is to help you have the best experience with all of your real estate goals, helping you get into your dream home! I love helping families up sizing or down sizing, first time home buyer's, new or seasoned investors, out of province buyers, farmers, and relocations! I specialize in luxury homes, single family homes, and acreages. I also have extensive knowledge and experience with condominiums, investment properties, and government funded relocations. 
 
Some info about me, I hold every single Real Estate license available in Alberta: Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Property Management, and my Real Estate Broker license. I love to help, because of personal experience, I have a huge passion to help out with organizations supporting children going through the hardest times of their lives, like the Stollery, and The Kids with Cancer Society. During my time at RE/MAX, I received multiple awards, but my favourite reward I've ever won, was being awarded as an honorary Stollery Agent for all of my contributions to the Stollery :)
