Park Realty’s Take

September brought a quieter market across the Greater Edmonton Area, with sales declining while new listings continued to increase. With inventory sitting 16.7% above last year, buyers have more choice and may have greater flexibility when negotiating. Prices are holding above last year's levels for the overall market, although several property types saw month-over-month declines. For sellers, competitive pricing and strong presentation will be especially important as buyers weigh their options this fall.
